In general: Investigational and minimally invasive treatment modalities (surgical techniques, drug delivery methods and biomedical implants).
Current projects:
- Histologic and biomechanic evaluation of porcine skin incision healing after application of hemostatic bandages.
- Effects of sclerotherapy on rat hepatic tissue. Histopathology in progress.
- Correlation of canine adrenal mass washout at delayed contrast-enhanced CT and histopathologic diagnosis.
- The effect of photoablation on cysterna chyli patency. Project to commence 12/09.
- Comparison of radiography and computed tomography for determining appropriate tracheal stent diameter in dogs.
