Supplemental Application

SPECIAL NOTE: The application closed at 12:00pm (Noon) on Friday, October 2, 2009. After this time, the application will be read-only, so applicants can continue to access, but won't be able to make any updates.

The NC State CVM supplemental application is required of all applicants submitting an application through the Veterinary Medical College Application Service (VMCAS).

Current NC State students (or those with active Unity accounts) should not log into the portal under your personal NCSU ID.  If you did, please log out first then hit the application link in the first sentence of this paragraph.  The supplemental application is set up for "guest access" only and is set to time out after 60 minutes of inactivity. If you get "logged out" of the application, you must go back to the CVM website to initiate the original link. You should look for "web_applicant_dvm" to insure that you are using the 'guest' login.

Reapplicants must create a new application for the current admissions cycle by using a valid VMCAS ID number. It's an eleven (11) digit number starting with the current admissions cycle year (2010xxxxxxx).

Please Note:

There isn't a "submit" button to indicate the completion of the application. Just complete the application and submit payment by the deadline.

The deadline for submitting the application is October 2, 2009 at 12:00pm (Noon) Eastern Daylight Time.

The supplemental application for the 2010 cycle will be available from August 3, 2009 until the deadline. Applicants must first create an account through VMCAS before starting an NC State CVM supplemental application.

The supplemental application will be considered "final" as of the deadline. Applicants can make changes to the application throughout the cycle prior to the deadline. Changes can't be made after the deadline.

Again, the deadline for submission is October 2, 2009 at 12:00pm (Noon) EDT.
