Dr. Ross-Estrada received her BA in pre-professional zoology from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2002 and her veterinary degree from Cornell University in 2006. Following graduation, she moved to Northern Virginia, where she worked in private practice with dogs, cats and small mammals for 14 years. She joined the Small Animal Primary Care service at NCSU in December 2019. Her professional interests include preventative medicine, dentistry and the human-animal bond.
