Overview: These days, in veterinary medicine and many other professions, it’s not uncommon to hear “We need to get better at having boundaries”. But what does that mean? And where do we start? In the realities of day-to-day life and work, knowing how to identify, set and maintain healthy boundaries can be an ongoing challenge. In this webinar, we’ll explore what boundaries are, how they work, why we don’t have them, and strategies we can use to develop and manage boundaries that can make for both life and work all the better.
