NC State CVM Companion Animal Behavior Symposium

September 21, 2024

The NC State Behavioral Medicine Service invites veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and other professionals to attend the 2024 Companion Animal Behavior Symposium.

The NC State CVM Companion Animal Behavior Symposium will cover a variety of topics for the primary care veterinary practitioner, veterinary technicians, other professionals, and owners. The program includes various topics that will help the veterinary team address common behavioral problems that will present to their clinic. These common behavioral problems are best served by addressing them quickly or at least starting safety intervention while waiting for an appointment with a Veterinary Behavior Specialist. This Symposium will provide general practitioners with the foundation needed to address these common problems from initial triage to more chronic management. The professional program is approved by AAVSB RACE for 7 hours of CE credit.
