CVM Continuing Education

World-leading faculty providing extraordinary programs for life-long learning.

Lifelong Knowledge. Up-to-Date Expertise.

The Continuing Veterinary Medical Education (CVME) program at NC State Veterinary Medicine is committed to lifelong learning programs for veterinary medical professionals. Our programs provide educational activities that maintain, develop or increase the knowledge, on recent developments in veterinary medicine and help improve the quality of life for veterinary patients.

As an American Veterinary Medical Association accredited institution our programs qualify for CE from 34 State Medical Boards. Many programs are also AAVSB RACE approved.

Due to the continued restrictions on visitors to our NC State College of Veterinary Medicine campus, all in person continuing education events originally scheduled to take place through 2020 have been canceled or postponed. Please visit our online CE page to view a list of programs currently being offered. Our online offerings feature both live and on demand options.
