Employees will be provided the same concern, respect, and caring attitude within the College that they are expected to share externally with every guest of CVM.

In support of our College’s principles, values, vision, and mission, it is the Human Resource’s Mission to support the total operation in meeting its goals through its most valuable resource – it’s PEOPLE.

Important Update
7/18/19

We are pleased to announce a refreshed structure for CVM Human Resources. The restructure will allow our talented HR team to provide even better support for the CVM community.

An HR team member will now be assigned to specific departments and areas of the CVM to meet the unique needs of each group. This system will lead to more efficient and effective services for the entire campus.

In the coming weeks, HR team members will reach out to their assigned groups with more information. We are looking forward to working with you to ensure the best ways we can work together.
