NC State CVM Companion Animal Behavior Symposium

The NC State Behavioral Medicine Service invites veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and other professionals to attend the 2023 Companion Animal Behavior Symposium.
This year’s symposium will feature lectures on a variety of topics including feline aggression, Pre Visit Pharmaceuticals, pain management, and canine owner directed aggression. There will also be humane, force free, positive reinforcement based trainers set up to speak to about services they offer. Owners are also welcome for our half day owner track where we will be discussing common issues of dogs and cats. The professional program is approved by AAVSB RACE for 7 hours of CE credit.
Registration
Registration for this event is FREE!
In person DVM program registration now includes an overflow room. This room will have the live content streamed and a moderator will be present to facilitate Q&A. Due to available classroom space seating is limited. Attendees registering for the overflow room will be directed to the room upon arrival. CE credit will still be conferred and lunch and networking are included.
