Continuing Education – Forums, Lectures, and Labs

At NC State, we offer a variety of scientific-clinical programs that include both evidence and case based subject matter. This includes the science of diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease as it relates directly to patients. Additional topics in veterinary science that are not specifically clinical in nature but consider the comprehensive range of the practice of veterinary medicine are also offered.

Veterinary Continuing Education and Professional Development Programs provide subject matter that helps make veterinary medical professionals more competent and capable in serving the public interest in the delivery of veterinary services.  As an AVMA accredited institution, programs offered by the NC State College of Veterinary Medicine are approved for Continuing Veterinary Medical Education by 31 states.
