Sending a message there will create a ticket in our incident management portal which is monitored M-F and can be accessed by all CVM IT staff.
You can also call our main telephone number at 919-513-6677 (select option 2 for IT Support). These lines are monitored M-F 7:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m.
