Automatic Defibrillators at CVM
Automatic defibrillators (Zoll AED-Plus) are available in various CVM buildings across the campus. They provide audible instructions and feedback on CPR technique when activated. These defibrillators are checked every six months, with pads and batteries replaced as needed. Cabinets include both adult and pediatric pads.
Locations:
- CVM Main Building
- 1st Floor: Student commons near North Theater
- 2nd Floor: Near entrance by MRI
- 2nd Floor: Main Lobby with whale skeleton
- 3rd Floor: Main corridor of C section
- Terry Center
- Near Port City Java and Dermatology
- Near vending machines by Emergency entrance
- CVM Research Building
- 1st Floor: Near elevator lobby
- 3rd Floor: Near elevator lobby
- Biomedical Partnership Center
- 2nd Floor: Near CVM open office area on north end of building

- Follow the audible instructions provided by the defibrillator.
